One way to organize the contents of your knowledge base is to use tags. A tag is a keyword or phrase that you can associate with an item or an uploaded file, as a way of grouping related items and files together. One item can have as many tags as you like. If you click on a tag name, you are presented with a list of everything that has been assigned that tag.
On the Search page you can see a list of all the tags that have been used in your knowledge base.
